In the November edition of Neurorehabilaition and neuro repair Dr. Brouwer of Queen’s University Canada discuss the effectiveness of Guided Motor Imagery in Healthy Adults and Stroke http://nnr.sagepub.com/content/24/9/851.abstract?rss=1.  She concludes that Motor imagery (MI) enhances physical performance and skill acquisition in healthy and patients undergoing neurorehabilitation.
